Graz, Austria · open to senior engineering, architecture and applied AI roles
Architecture and leadership for systems that have tosurvive production.
I am Žiga Petek. I design production systems, own the decisions that are expensive to reverse, and lead the teams that build them: print automation in 2012, tourism and retail platforms in between, waste-management architecture after that, self-hosted LLM pipelines today. Below is the work, with the evidence graded and the gaps named.

Architecture and technical leadership
Platform restructurings, technical ownership and the decisions that are expensive to reverse. I have run the architecture and led the team around it.
Waste-management restructuringApplied AI and automation
LLM pipelines, retrieval and self-hosted model infrastructure that people use every day, not a proof of concept behind a login.
Multi-agent pipelines in n8nIntegration and delivery
Fiscalisation, licensing, print pipelines and portal data: work where correctness matters more than novelty and downtime is measured in money.

Running at home, every day
- 03/2026–presentn8n AI pipelinesWriting a good job application took me about two hours, and most of them went unanswered. I also had a stack of bank exports in different formats that I had to label by hand. I wanted pipelines that do this work every day, not a demo that works once.
- 10/2026–presentHomeAgents platform overviewI wanted one AI platform for my household that runs on a single home server. It needed chat, coding agents, document memory, web search, personal finance and an app builder. Each part had to stay independent, but they all had to work together without a mess of provider keys and open ports.
- 01/2025–presentHome setup stackMy household had paper documents, bank data, recipes and stock lists spread over different tools and folders. I wanted one home server that runs all of it, starts with one command and does not need a separate database server for every tool.
