Team Management
Create Value Through Others
We all believe we have a good concept of what it means to be a good team leader, but if you ask multiple people, it becomes apparent that the picture is not so clear. Some say the key ingredient is motivation. For others ist about the results, the teams produce. Some even say ist all about the inspiration a team leader radiates.
The truth is, it’s all of the above and more. Recent studies have shown that a compelling direction, a strong structure, and a supportive context are all critical to team success.
